This is the highest possible hand in poker and beats a straight flush. The highest unmatched card and any pair of cards in sequence break a tie. The highest card in a straight, however, is rated higher.<\/p>\n
The ante in a game of poker is a small amount, usually one nickel, that each player must place into the pot to play. After the ante is placed, each player is dealt five cards. The best possible hand is Ks-Jd-5c-3d, though a pair of kings is a decent hand, too. The betting continues after the deal. Eventually, a winner emerges.
